Youth @ Gloucester Salvation Army

SAY – Salvation Army Youth – sessions explore the Christian faith and what it means to live as a Christian in today’s society. The SAY group programme encourages the young people of the church to participate in wider church life, social activities and events that allow them to express their faith through their words and actions in society.

The SAY group meet weekly for Bible study and discussion every other week on Friday evenings from 7pm, and get together for regular social events. They recently attended the Big Church Day Out, have contributed to local community work on "I'll Fight Day", and have visited other Salvation Army corps.

Students welcome!

Students attending the University of Gloucestershire find a warm welcome at The Salvation Army in Gloucester — whether already members of another Salvation Army corps or not. In fact, several have enjoyed their few years so much that they chose to stay in Gloucester!

If you would like to find out more please contact us and ask about our activities for young people.
